About Us

Mr. Sandberg has over forty years of architectural and construction experience in commercial, educational and residential design. His most notable experience came from his position as a Principal Architect. His job experience includes professional and medical office, K-12 schools, college campuses, warehouses, casinos, restaurants & taverns, tenant improvements, apartments, condominiums, mixed-use, and single family residences. Mr. Sandberg also provided design/build services as a general contractor on many of his projects.

As the primary manager for his own architectural office of more than twenty years Mr. Sandberg has been successfully involved in just about every aspect of a professional office including general office management, employee selection and resource utilization, office budgets, business development, professional consultant management, accounting review, corporate filings and office space development. His management style is to create an efficient team through training and education, establish systems and procedures for the team to follow and delegate responsibilities.

As the licensee for his own construction company Mr. Sandberg managed the expectations of many commercial and residential projects through traditional design-bid-build methods and non-traditional design-build methods. His construction administration experience includes project management, construction supervision, bidding, and value engineering.

Mr. Sandberg has experience with all types of project development. His college campus project management experience gave him the background to understand the process and procedures of publicly funded projects. His general contracting experience allowed him to apply the most basic building code provisions so that his client/developers were able to realize the most efficient projects for their highest and best use.

Mr. Sandberg has also helped developed real estate projects from acquisition through funding including project analysis, preforms, and funding. He is currently providing Peer Reviews for other large-scale projects including Code Analysis and Constructability.
